The key is to be located in the right place at the right time; you could operate out of a cart or car next to a park, near a beach entrance, or by a frozen pond, a ski-slope, a track. Think of stuff people would like to try, but might not own: snowboards, boggieboards, six-foot giant beach balls, mileage calculator, water bottle carriers, etc.. Visit logical sales spots and watch what activities people are doing or could do.
