How many large business work places or construction sites are in your area that have no or only one luncheon place? Does the nearest food place serve salads or organic food or ethnic dishes (Asian, Mexican)? Does the complex allow delivery (at least in the parking lot)?
This is a business which requires giving people a web site, a great cell-phone, and a brochure showing the nearby restaurants you will serve and the fees for delivering food. Of course, you will work with those food places to get special prices. Some food places may have delivery service, but since you are recruiting new business and have no payroll costs, you will be received with acceptance by a lot of shops
